Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their expanding Multi-Family division.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager within the Multi-Family division, you will take ownership of managing multi-family residential construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who has a background in multi-family construction and is ready to take on dynamic and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of multi-family construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities.
- Ensure that all project milestones, deadlines, and client expectations are met.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
- Oversee project financials, including cost management, change orders, and payment schedules.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with all stakeholders, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-family residential projects, preferably with a general contractor.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from pre-construction through to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
