Day to Day:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager with an expertise in large-scale project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, construction, and renovation projects, including creating scope of work and managing projects from conception to completion with budgets exceeding $5 million. Experience in managing projects related to process design and liquid manufacturing is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrial process design, or packaging process engineering. Proficiency in technologies such as Auto-CAD, SAP, and MS programs, along with knowledge of blending/packaging equipment mechanical and controls, is required. The role also involves managing vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Must Haves:
- BA's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 4-7 years' experience in large scale project management with industrial engineering, construction and renovation projects
- Creating scope of work and managing project from conception to completion (5million dollars +)
- The ideal types of projects include oil, gas, liquid manufacturing, tank farms, valves, pumps, blending, heating, cooling, refinery, manifolds, etc.
- Managing vendor, contractors, and subcontractors etc.
- 5+ years of process engineering, industrial process design, or packaging process engineering experience
- Experience with the following technologies: Auto-CAD, SAP, MS programs
- Blending/packaging equipment mechanical and controls knowledge
Plusses:
Master's in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Construction Management
