Job Scope:
The Marketing Manager is tasked with leading various marketing initiatives within the department, focusing on enhancing the company's brand awareness and market position. This role involves supporting the development of marketing strategies, coordinating marketing efforts, and effectively communicating plans and strategies to the team. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in aligning marketing operations with business goals, driving growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Analyze target market data to support effective marketing approaches and manage the creation and execution of advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Work closely with the sales department to help develop pricing strategies that balance profit maximization and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the HR department to create talent attraction materials that enhance brand visibility and attract potential candidates in the job market.
- Stay informed on industry trends to support emerging products and services.
- Help identify potential new customers and develop strategies to attract and retain them.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create effective promotions and marketing materials.
- Support senior executives in developing strategic growth plans.
- Help lead initiatives to build brand awareness and strong market positioning.
- Help lead the organization’s social media strategy and content marketing to enhance digital presence.
- Organize and manage the company’s participation in conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Good understanding of market trends and a track record with marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail with a proactive work ethic.
