Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow – ITOM consultant who plays a key role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation program and drives strategic transformational change of ITIL solution deployment. Responsible to drive implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product and Integration with other systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Worth, TX or Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in Service Now – ITOM implementation.
- Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow platform, leading ServiceNow practices, advancements, and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver a clear platform roadmap by bringing the knowledge of business drivers, processes, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules including ITSM, CMDB, IT Asset Mgmt. Discovery, Event Mgmt, Service Mapping,
- Experience in enterprise level application design/architecture experience, with extensive experience on Java, J2ee, middleware and high volume web based applications design and systems integration.
- Technical knowledge of the following areas: Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, networking and database administration
- Good knowledge of multi data center deployment solutions with disaster recovery procedures and high availability at every layer (network, web servers, middleware and database/storage).
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
