Summary
The Senior Measurement Analytics Partner (MAP) will work with internal and external clients on an ongoing basis to adopt better measurements to improve business outcomes. This role will work directly with clients using the client’s industry-leading data. In this role, you will leverage insights, measurement, and learning plans to help advertisers maximize ad performance on clients. To succeed, you will have to work collaboratively across sales, product marketing, and business development to drive the adoption of the most important measurement tools and partnerships the client offers.
Driving good measurement with advertisers will require designing tests, researching to help clients understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising across digital platforms and across media, and demonstrating how clients can act upon it to drive business impact.
This person will be comfortable talking about a combination of techniques and measurement strategies that drive insights and business results for advertisers.
The Senior Measurement Analytics Partner will be part of the Customer Science Organization and will also focus on customizing existing capabilities or in some cases piloting new, scalable capabilities in partnership with Business Development, Product Marketing, Product, and R&D.
Measurement areas of focus include brand measurement, CAPI (Conversions API), incrementality testing, and clean room integration/solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex set of client relationships across industry and client groups, functions, and brands to drive our measurement objectives
- Push clients to measure true business value by building and operationalizing "learning agendas" that highlight how a client can improve business outcomes by employing better measurement techniques. Subsequently, this role will drive client and vertical, adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches in support of the learning agenda
- Implement and monitor measurement strategies against a set of performance indicators
- Develop and nurture relationships with key sales partners and share knowledge and best practice globally
- Communicate complex research results to a general audience
- Provide feedback to and collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, R&D, and Measurement Partners to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships
- Drive client engagement around measurement innovation, including measurement alphas and beta
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
- 3+ years of client-facing experience, including independently scoping and executing measurement projects with clients and/or cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant quantitative or business field such as Business, Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Sociology, Operations Research or similar
- A strong understanding of the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
- Strong track record with marketing measurement methods and technologies, including attribution and incrementality testing
- Strong experience in advertising across all media, with an Client on digital attribution and AdTech
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
- Experience with field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling, and/or panel data
- An understanding of data privacy as it pertains to measurement
- Clear and concise communication with comfortability presenting insights and recommendations to the most senior stakeholders
- Digital Agency/Management Consulting experience a strong plus
- Ability to juggle a variety of tasks and handle ambiguity in requests and projects
- Openness to suggesting ideas (and sometimes failing quickly), willingness to make measurement fun & interesting and a sense of humor are all highly preferred :)
