Junior Sales Manager – Industrial Digital Printing Press
Our client is a pioneering, leading global company in the large Industrial Digital Printing/Embellishment industry looking for a Junior Sales Manager to learn how to sell large printers within the sales territory.
The role will be an essential part of the sales team, driving the growth of the large Digital wide-format printing press machine. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will support sales efforts and help achieve revenue goals. You will manage client relationships in a specific region and contribute to daily sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies.
- Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights.
- Assist in creating sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback for product improvement.
- Improve sales processes for efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales/business development experience within Industrial size Printing industry.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills for market trends and data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Strong time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven sales success, team player, and independent worker.
- Industry knowledge and travel availability are a plus.
