The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting the project management team.
Location: Onsite in Santa Rosa, CA
Salary: Mid-Level (3-5 years of experience) - $70,000 - $75,000
Role Description:
- Manage material orders, tracking, receiving, and quality control.
- Ensure field safety compliance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Review submittals for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project.
- Reorganize and improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Handle job setup and closeout processes.
- Coordinate with company project managers, foremen, and drivers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with the general contractor to align project goals and timelines.
Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license.
