About the Role:
As the Head of Acquisition Marketing, you will craft and execute demand-generation strategies that directly impact our growth trajectory. You’ll own the full customer acquisition funnel, identifying opportunities to attract and convert high-quality leads through various marketing channels. This hands-on role requires someone with a strategic mindset who can dive into the details, analyze performance, and continuously optimize for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data-driven demand acquisition strategies to generate leads, drive conversions, and accelerate revenue.
- Take ownership of the customer acquisition funnel, optimizing campaigns across digital channels, including paid media, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to refine and scale marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously identify new growth opportunities and test innovative strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
You might be a good fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, programmatic advertising, SEO, email, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- A creative, results-oriented approach with a passion for testing, iterating, and scaling marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
