The Senior Project Manager will have primary responsibility in leading full life cycle projects and initiatives surrounding HRIS systems transformations and Human Resources data initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage full life cycle projects - Implementing project plans, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping all stakeholders aware of project progress.
- Gather and analyze complex HR data and provide reports for senior management.
- Supporting the Director of Human Resources with strategic workforce planning projects.
Skills:
- 5+ years of Human Resources Project Management experience.
- Previous HR Business Partner experience with the ability in communicate with a gather feedback from employees.
- Must have strong computer skills with the ability to work with data, learn new applications and vendor systems quickly.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently and make decisions as needed.
