Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time remote role for a Desktop Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues. You will also assist in setting up new equipment, maintaining hardware and software inventory, and ensuring all systems are up to date and secure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of network connectivity and printer setup
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus
