Keys to this role:
-Managing of existing aerospace prime customers and DOD contracts.
-Some local travel required (less than 20%, all drivable within LA)
-Knowledge of fluid fittings or engineered fasteners is ideal, aerospace background is required.
Position Summary:
The Account Manager will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. He/she will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with his/her portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
This role will interface directly with our internal teams and systems. You will be asked to solve problems, build reports, business cases, and track metrics. This position requires a motivated self-starter, driven by accomplishment and accountability with strong attention to detail and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Required Skills:
- Understanding of planning techniques and BOM structures

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, finance, engineering, science, or related field of study
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent with the MS Office suite
