We're seeking experienced sales candidates who are coming from the skilled trades staffing sector and are looking for a chance to be part of a unique work culture.
As Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to call on accounts nationally. You will also be responsible for sales prospecting, building a book of business, and closing new business through your knowledge of the market, economic environment, top prospects, and competitors in the construction and industrial skilled trades staffing industry. You will also stay closely involved with your customers ongoing to continue fostering your relationships and increasing market share within your customer base. This is a remote position, so you'll need to be self-disciplined, understand how to manage your time, and work efficiently.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years outside sales experience, selling blue-collar staffing solutions
- Possess the ability to work efficiently with strong performance in a remote work setting.
