Autzu is shaping the future of sustainable urban mobility. We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative / Driver Activation Specialist to join our growing team in Austin. In this role, you’ll focus on converting potential drivers into active users, with afternoon and evening shifts to engage with drivers when they are most likely to sign up. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound communication with potential drivers to increase app downloads and bookings.
- Drive user conversion by guiding drivers through the process from app download to booking, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Close the deal: Use a sales-oriented approach to convert leads into active drivers.
- Handle inbound customer support tickets as needed, managing the driver experience and ensuring a positive outcome.
- Master Autzu’s processes and app: Gain full knowledge of Autzu’s rental procedures and mobile app to provide expert support.
- Multitask effectively: Manage multiple driver activation tickets simultaneously with attention to detail.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for converting leads.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and eager to provide top-tier support.
Shift Details:
- 40 hours per week remotely.
- Staggered Shifts: 7am-4pm or 12 PM – 9 PM (CST)
- Focus on maximizing driver activation during evenings when users are more likely to engage.
- Overlapping afternoon coverage with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
