Responsibilities
- To execute sales strategies and to meet sales target through active sales acquisition in North America markets.
- To aggressively develop the Company’s new client base in North America.
- To study customer’s investment plans to develop a regional sales strategy that aligns the company solutions and customer needs, working closely with proposal team.
- To lead new project bidding, include bidding documatation, customer relationship building, competitor analysis, cost break down etc.
- To prepare and implement account development plan to enhance customer relationship so as to increase their business potential.
- To facilitate project implementation as well as sales related activities in a collaborative manner.
- Build an international process system to support the needs of international business development.
Qualifications
- Over 8 years sales work experience in BIW or battery business.
- Over 3 years work experience in USA.
- Have experience and resource in GM\Ford\VW\Toyota preferred.
- Automotive Knowledge (strategies, business model, key success factors, processes, industrial footprint)
- Negotiation, communication and presentation skills
