Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled developer with exceptional proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on development experience is essential, as this role requires active coding and problem-solving. The working environment is based on Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate closely with a seasoned Technical Engagement Manager, who will assist in translating client needs and providing clarifications during meetings.
- Demonstrate functional and technical expertise, with the potential to transition into an Associate Project Manager role. This role will involve 20-30% technical tasks and the remainder in business analysis and technical project management.
- Liaise with the offshore team to discuss and develop technical requirements, ensuring timely completion of technical tasks.
- Work within the EST time zone; minimal onsite travel is required.
Required Skills:
- Python: Advanced knowledge of Python, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Ability to write efficient, reusable, and testable code. Experience with web frameworks like Django or Flask is a plus.
- SQL: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and working with relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience in UI/UX design is advantageous but not critical (10% weightage).
