Responsibilities:
Candidate Recruitment & Placements
- Create Boolean searches to source prospective candidates utilizing a variety of recruitment tools and strategies.
- Initiate contact with candidates through multiple channels of communication including cold calls and emails and job platform outreach.
- Video-Interview prospective candidates with the goals of establishing a professional relationship and accurately assessing their technical skills, motivations, and compensation and benefit expectations.
- Independently support candidates’ interview processes by providing interview preparations, interview debriefs, addressing questions and concerns, and assisting in offer negotiations.
- Close candidates in accepting a client job offer.
Sales
- Support RightClick’s business development efforts by strategically gathering market knowledge from business conversations with candidates.
- Establish a healthy book of business by maintaining communication with placed and unplaced candidates.
- Consistently achieve monthly recruiting metrics set by the organization.
Continuous Learning
- Participate in daily meetings to discuss client details and position requirements.
- Conduct research on technology and position skillsets of clients’ jobs.
- Engage in continuous Learning and Development (L&D) programs to advance career development.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales or professional experience.
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience, professionally or unprofessionally.
- An interest in developing a career within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Track record of success in a goal-oriented position.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Innately competitive and driven by personal and professional goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to autonomously work strategically and problem-solve.
- Desire to work in a sales environment.
- Ability to learn new skills and apply them.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, MS Team, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Information Technology (IT).
- Bachelor’s degree.
