ASSYST is seeking an experienced OneTrust Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive privacy solutions using OneTrust technologies and Microsoft Azure platforms. This role requires a strong background in privacy technology architecture, data privacy frameworks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design privacy solutions using OneTrust technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Implement and manage OneTrust modules such as Cookie Compliance, Incident Response, and Identity Proofing.
- Conduct Privacy by Design assessments, manage OneTrust inventories, and automate personal data processes.
- Oversee Privacy Notice Management, Data Privacy Scanning, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Plan and execute data privacy technology solutions, including infrastructure, cloud, and network activities.
- Utilize Azure cloud platforms (Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks) and DevOps practices to enhance deployments.
- Design and integrate secure APIs for privacy solutions, ensuring seamless integration with OneTrust and other systems.
- Provide production support, monitor service health, and resolve issues using tools like ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cohesive privacy solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Develop and maintain privacy reporting frameworks using OneTrust and Power BI.
- Create architectural documentation, reference diagrams, and lead regular health checks of privacy services.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in privacy technology architecture, design, and development.
- Strong experience with OneTrust technologies and modules.
- Proficient in Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Data Factory, and Data Bricks.
- Extensive knowledge of data privacy frameworks, DSAR database queries, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools (iGrafx, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
- Proficient in SQL Server, RESTful and SOAP APIs, Power BI, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and programming languages (C#, .Net, JavaScript, Python).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CIPT, and CIPP are highly desirable.
