Job Overview
As a Field Engineer or Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the design team and field operations. You’ll be involved in every stage of construction, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project layout, ensuring accurate interpretation of engineering plans.
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and the internal team.
- Review and process shop drawings and other key project documentation.
- Ensure that project materials are delivered and stored properly.
- Update as-built documentation and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide support to the Project Manager in handling project tasks and reporting.
- Complete daily reports and periodic project audits to ensure quality and progress.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- For Field Engineers: 0-3 years of experience; for Project Engineers: 2-3 years of experience in water/wastewater construction or a related industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a drive to mentor and support team members.
- Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for rapid growth.
