About the Role:
The BUD will lead a Business Unit, driving financial and operational performance while nurturing key customer relationships. You’ll oversee service delivery, P&L management, regulatory compliance, and business growth through both existing client development and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BU’s operations and strategic direction, focusing on safety, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
- Develop business and sales plans in response to market trends.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through regular engagement and proactive relationship management.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring governance and compliance.

What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role within facilities management or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or management disciplines.
- Strong P&L management experience and advanced financial skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of making effective presentations and motivating teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
