We are looking for a dynamic, energetic leader to represent KARRASS and sell our business negotiation training programs to companies in Mexico and the US. As a bi-lingual Sales Development Manager, your primary focus will be developing relationships with client companies in the US and Mexico.
You will:
· Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and benefits
· Engage potential clients via phone, email, and outbound warm calls
· Research potential clients and transact contact through to sale
· Create and undertake other sales initiatives to draw new clients
· Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships
· Close sales
We are looking for the proven ability to effectively project, manage, and monitor sales development, a high level of comfort with Excel/Word and CRM, excellent research skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
· 3-5 years of sales and/or account management (B2B sales preferred)
· Experience selling non-tangible products preferred
· Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels
· Able to work independently
· Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
