Description:
Salesforce developer with a focus on Service Cloud to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will work closely with our internal Business support and service stakeholders to deliver a world class application experience with our Salesforce platform.
· Analyze complex business and systems requirements and provide technical solutions to meet the business needs
· Design and develop Service Cloud solutions on our Salesforce org Salesforce platform
· Partner with application and data developers on designs, models and best in class implementation
· Develop applications using the Force.com platform (Apex classes/triggers, VisualForce pages, Web Services API), Angular JS, related web technologies (CSS3, HTML5, Ajax, JavaScript) and other enterprise programming languages such as Java
· Integrate Salesforce with analytical platforms and other applications via integration tools using SOAP or REST web service protocols
· Providing Tier 2 support for production issues, including fixes across platforms and on-call responsibilities working with production support team to ensure 24x7 availability of production systems
· Manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis while still maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail

· Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API. 5+ years of development experience

· Strong experience writing Visualforce, Lightning Component, Apex classes and triggers with a proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, Java and REST-based web services
· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, App builder certification strongly desired
· Experience in building strong working relationships with business partners, application users, project managers, internal IT team, external application consultants
· Demonstrated ability to deliver on Salesforce project requirements and lead operations support, by working with development, integration, and admin team.
· Experience implementing and managing large Salesforce projects such as transitioning to Salesforce Lightning, implementation of Service Cloud, variety of different support channels and case routing rules
· Experience with sensitive data and creating systems that meet the security and compliance needs that come with the management/ownership of sensitive data
· Highly organized, results-driven, with exceptional attention to detail
· Has expertise in developing and preparing use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
· Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment
· Experienced in implementing and sustaining best of breed SaaS applications implementations in an enterprise environment
· Strong consultative and advisory skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications
· Experienced in working with both internal and system integrator teams for development
