Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Marketing to improve and implement the marketing strategy for all restaurants within the company.
- Assist in developing the overall marketing strategy to build awareness and drive sales
- Monitor and improve SEO in collaboration with an SEO agency and post regular blog content
- Manage SEM campaigns to drive conversions
- Respond to guest reviews and keep review sites up to date (Google, TripAdvisor)
- Create content to drive engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube
- Lead influencer program to earn views and engagement to drive sales
- Run Facebook and Instagram paid ads to drive awareness, reservations, and sales
- Manage concierge referral program
- Update and monitor all restaurant websites in WordPress
- Compose newsletters to stay top of mind and drive sales
- Lead photoshoots and video shoots
- Create advertisements for media campaigns with creative agency (television, outdoor, etc)
- Lead ad-hoc marketing projects
- Update digital menu boards and restaurant collateral

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager (or comparable) in the restaurant industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO knowledge
- Social Media advertising (Facebook and Instagram)
- Social Media skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Experience with Canva, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and photography/videography highly desired
