You will be responsible for:
- Conduct On-Site Oversight: Regularly visit job sites to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to safety protocols.
- Adapt and Lead: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, showcasing your flexibility and leadership in dynamic environments.
- Champion Safety and Security: Oversee all safety and security aspects, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
- Craft Safe Work Plans: Develop and implement effective work plans that prioritize safety and operational efficiency.
- Manage Safety Records: Maintain detailed and accurate safety records and reports to support compliance and continuous improvement.
- Prepare Incident Reports: Create thorough incident reports when necessary, contributing to a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain Daily Site Safety Log: Keep a comprehensive daily log of safety and security matters, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
- Embrace Diverse Duties: Perform various other duties as assigned, reflecting your adaptability and commitment to the team’s success
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience within safety management
- Experience within a steel fabricator or construction
- OSHA 500
