I have an ITSM/ServiceNow Asset Management Analyst for one of our top tier investment clients in Midtown Manhattan. This role will provide the overall operational direction and leadership of the global enterprise infrastructure environment. This job will require someone to have an established track record of managing complex systems and services in an on-prem and cloud environment, someone who has automated repetitive tasks and developed roadmaps for business continuity planning.
This will be a hybrid opportunity with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monitoring and managing production voice / data networks, virtual environments, firewalls, storage infrastructures and enterprise messaging platforms.
- Reviews and participates in technical transition documentation to ensure that the service transition plan includes all key operational requirements and meets standards.
- Develops and maintains operations policies and standards. Participates in the execution of complex operations projects.
- Monitors the quality of operational support through project completion. Establishes metrics, key performance indicators and service level agreements for driving the performance of IT service delivery.
- Solutions-oriented, assertive leader with strong technical infrastructure expertise, project management, solutions delivery, customer service and excellent mediation skills. Broad-based management skills with strong planning, communication, organizational and decision-making ability.
- Broad-based cross-functional team manager with strong planning, communication, organizational and decision-making ability. Strengths include thought leadership, stakeholder management (internal/external), executive presentation and consultation, project plan development and implementation.
- Consummate professional with a track record of driving success by leading cross-functional core teams across all aspects of enterprise IT.
- Directly oversee and maintain critical operations deploying and managing a complex and global enterprise infrastructure system.
- Leads team on global projects, fostering culture of collaboration and support.
- Applies best practices in planning and managing the entire phase of multiple information technology projects to include budgeting, implementation, and utilization of quality that encompasses all enterprise layer technology disciplines.
- Maintained industry expertise and advanced knowledge in emerging technologies to serve as an internal consultant, advocate, change agent and mentor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Change Management and ITIL functions; someone who can build processes.
- Experience in managing enterprise-wide solutions and managing third party vendors and consultant arrangements in support of projects and day to day operations.
- Key performance measures will consider: quality, complexity and quantity of projects supported, level of interaction with operations management teams, staff training programs, management reporting, strategic planning focus, identifying new technologies that can be deployed, identification and adoption of best practices, level and quality of operational support provided, development and adherence to capital budgets, delivery of initiatives on time and teamwork demonstrated.
