Job Title: HVAC Outside Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced HVAC Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Seattle. This position focuses on consultative sales and building B2B relationships, with a strong emphasis on climate control solutions and industrial equipment rentals. You will be responsible for promoting our HVAC products, including dehumidifiers, to various industries, such as industrial and apartment complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Conduct pre-call planning to ensure thorough preparation for client meetings and job site visits. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the client’s needs and tailor solutions.
- B2B Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as apartment complexes and industrial equipment rentals.
- Product Expertise: Present and promote HVAC products, specifically focusing on climate control and dehumidifiers.
- Salesforce Management: Manage client relationships and sales activities through Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Job Site Visits: Conduct 5-8 job site visits weekly to build client relationships and assess potential opportunities. Be in the field 3-4 days a week.
- Work from Home: When not in the field, you will work remotely, managing administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager and the Service team of 7 to ensure seamless coordination in meeting client needs.
- Opportunity Focus: Target areas with the most opportunity, primarily in Seattle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in HVAC, industrial equipment rentals, or related fields.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Ability to manage a schedule with 3-4 days in the field and remote work on other days.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for B2B sales.
- Knowledge of climate control and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
