Position Overview
We're seeking experienced Hotel Directors of Finance for multiple Direct Hire opportunities:
These roles will be ON SITE at the property in the above locations
For each position, there are preferences for certain software skills and brand experience. For every position, proficiency in M3 and either ProfitSword or ProfitSage are necessary.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Direct and administer all financial operations of the hotel to include, but not limited to, asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, hotel-wide budget and forecasting, and department management,
- Interview, hire, train, and conduct performance evaluations on accounting team.
- Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries and expenses of the hotel.
- Assist and instruct hotel department heads in the interpretation and analysis of financial data
- Prepare, review, and present the Monthly Report of Operations.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets as required (Annual, Revised Annual, Monthly, and/or on Crescent/Owner's requests).
- Oversee all contracts and legal agreements, and assist hotel management in maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance and contracts.
- Establish and audit all internal financial controls, including purchasing, cash handling and disbursements, inventories, and hotel equipment.
- Maintain compliance with Crescent Hotels & Resorts standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operation of the hotel.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years' work experience in a leadership role in hotel accounting
- Strong financial analysis background
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to effectively solve discrepancies and disputes
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Birchstreet experience preferred
- ProfitSage or ProfitSword experience is necessary
- M3 experience is necessary
