About the Role: As the Field Marketing Manager for NETSOL in the United States, you will be instrumental in orchestrating impactful virtual and in-person marketing events aimed at enterprise customers. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, and you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of event marketing within the allocated budget. Reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing, you will ensure our events drive demand, generate leads, and build brand awareness for NETSOL's full suite of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all field marketing events (virtual and in-person) in the U.S. focusing on engagement with enterprise-level customers.
- Work closely with the Head of Global Field Marketing to align on strategies and report on event metrics and ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and identify speaking opportunities for executives.
- Collaborate with product marketing and content marketing teams to ensure timely creation of event collateral.
- Leverage social media and email marketing platforms to increase interest and participation in field events.
- Maintain a detailed marketing event calendar, tracking all events, association partnerships, social media, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve MQL and SQL targets, leveraging events for lead generation and increasing brand awareness.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in field marketing or event management.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Jira.
- Proven ability to report and interpret event metrics and ROI.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with product and content marketing teams.
- Proficient in using social media to enhance event promotion and engage with target audiences.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing event logistics from inception to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
