CM Medical are partnered with a leading manufacturer of innovative peripheral vascular devices.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead the west coast sales team and drive revenue growth in the competitive peripheral vascular device market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives across the Westcoast USA
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and group purchasing organizations
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the vascular or cardiovascular device market
- Strong understanding of vascular procedures, healthcare economics, and reimbursement landscapes
