Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with expertise to lead a critical HR system integration project. The role will involve managing the onboarding of 600 Canadian employees into our North American SuccessFactors instance, which includes modules such as Employee Central and Compensation. You will be responsible for driving the project to successful completion, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring data governance, change management, and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably in HRIS or HR technology.
- Experience with other HRIS implementations and integrations.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR systems and databases,
- Preferred experience- At least 1 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Preferred experience with SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation).
