COGS are assisting a boutique Water/WasteWater Contractor who have been in business for over 50 years. Due to a large backlog and high demand for their services, they are in growth mode, looking for talented senior construction project management to join their expanding team.
The salary for this position is up to 120K Base DOE.
This position involves overseeing all aspects of medium-sized Public Infrastructure projects, from initial award to successful completion, working with senior leadership and acting as the point of contact for clients.

In Depth Overview:
- Manage project buyout, subcontractor reviews, and supplier scope to ensure compliance, maximize cost savings, and ensure quality.
- Prepare and oversee submittals, RFI's, coordination drawings, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards.
- Supervise construction team for timely completion, budget compliance, and quality standards.
- Monitor critical path and use alternate procurement methods for efficiency.
- Provide monthly project status reports to management.
- Maintain client and engineer relationships.
Skills:
- Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, Sage, MS Outlook, AutoCad, and Sage Timberline.
