As our newly appointed Partner Sales Director, you will lead and inspire our Partner Sales team to enhance focus on promoting our software and cloud procurement solutions and services. As such, you will build strategic partner plans, achieve revenue and profitability goals, and foster solid, lasting relationships with our partners through in-market visits. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our future roadmap, ensuring the success of existing partnerships while actively identifying and onboarding new ones. Additionally, you will provide training and support to drive long-term growth and mutual success.
Other responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of Crayon`s Microsoft CSP distribution business by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy focused on recruiting and onboarding new MSP and Solution Integration partners to procure Microsoft CSP services
- Coach and empower your team to achieve growth targets by delivering gross profit through strategic partnerships
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for partner experience, driving communication and marketing initiatives to keep partners informed of program updates and growth opportunities within the CSP landscape
Your Competencies:
- 5+ years’ experience in Channel Sales and Management, demonstrating a clear vision for implementing structured sales and workflow processes
- Proven track record in effectively managing multiple sales channels and leading remote sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Proficient in establishing and nurturing long-lasting partner relationships while working in the cloud and managed services industry, as well as co-selling with ISV’s and Alliance Partners in the Public Cloud and SaaS market.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- AWS and/or Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
