Position: Senior Audit Associate

A local CPA firm is seeking an experienced audit professional to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit teams through all phases of the audit process.
- Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and communicate audit issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business and address audit-related concerns.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or working towards certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
