We are delighted to be working with a leading US law firm who have a newly created role to work within their global client and markets team. The role will be reporting into the new global director, who is part of a firm who has been investing into the MBD function since hiring a new CMO last year, making this an exciting time to be part of the firm.
The position will act in a very account management capacity advising some of the firms largest clients across the financial services and private equity world, as such an understanding of the corporate/finance practice group would be advantageous but not essential in order to be considered. We are really open to the idea of someone in a BD capacity who would like to take their career in the client development space or someone currently in a client role at present.
We are also open to the idea of someone being at management level already or someone seeking to take that step up to manager level for the first.
Core duties will include:
- Work as the primary point of contact for selected clients, working with the partnership to deliver the strategic client relationship plans, that form part of the key account management responsibilities.
- Develop and learn the individuals clients market presence within specific markets, to advise on potential new revenue growth for the firm.
- Take a lead on the client feedback program, delivering the consulting the partnership on the findings in order that the firm can best position their services.
- Work with and advise the wider BD and Marketing teams on tailored campaigns and content for the firm, so that it is positioned effectively towards the clients.
- Support and be involved with the firmwide efforts on coaching and delivering training to partners on the client relationship piece.
