As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing digital advertising
campaigns across various platforms and optimizing our clients' websites for search engines. The
ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of programmatic and social media ad
platforms, SEO best practices, a proven track record of driving organic traffic, and expertise in
managing successful digital advertising campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing
• Develop strategic digital marketing plans for new & existing clients that align with their
business goals.
• Build and launch Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) / Brand
Awareness Display and Video campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
for clients.
• Create effective local, regional, and national Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
campaigns for clients.
• Use Meta Ads platform to develop effective Facebook & Instagram advertising
campaigns for clients.
• Research and create strategic keyword lists and ideas for PPC and SEO campaigns.
• Work closely with a diverse set of small business owners from a variety of different
industries.
• Monitor ongoing campaign performance and execute key campaign optimizations daily.
• Perform routine competitive research and analysis to inform client of any changes in
current market environment.
• Create A/B testing opportunities from a multitude of variables to increase the efficiency
of client's campaigns and generate better results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing
pages that align with campaign goals.
• Develop and test new strategies designed to increase lead volume, conversion rates,
and lower cost-per-clicks across campaigns.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics to find patterns and new campaign opportunities for
client growth.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and
provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Stay up to date with current digital marketing industry trends, market conditions, and
best practices.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing programmatic
and social media ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook
Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
• Experience and knowledge of Google’s services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads
Keyword Planner, and Search Console
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong writing ability with emphasis on creative marketing copy
• Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, billing, and campaign pacing
• Excellent customer service etiquette
• Exhibits solid communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
• Obsessive attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
EVEN BETTER!
• Google certified in Ads, Analytics, Display and/or Shopping
• Blueprint certified (Meta Ads)
• Experience working with WordPress
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of .htaccess, robots.txt, XML Sitemaps, site speed optimization, and
other technical aspects of SEO
• A solid understanding of search strategies, website mobile optimization, and other
digital marketing industry trends

Salary is commensurate with experience
$20.00 - $32.00 per hour
This position is full-time and will be based in Vero Beach, FL.
