In this position, you will spearhead innovation efforts across diverse business problems, unite their technology, and analytics solutions to broaden awareness and significantly increase ecommerce sales.
You will work closely across all teams, implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance product awareness and knowledge, establish analytics and corresponding solutions, and brainstorm and creatively lead out new strategies and solutions to fuel growth.
- Develop and execute a ecommerce roadmap in alignment with enterprise business goals. Provide the leadership, collaborative coordination, and creative problem-solving necessary to manage and advance new and existing opportunities for the business.
- Partner with Technology Department to ensure the best hosting/management solution is in place to handle future growth and security protocols. Oversee day-to-day functions and growth of the e-commerce site and campaigns.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives designed to complement overall sales & marketing strategy. Manage e-mail marketing campaigns to include follow-up reporting and suggestions for best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, engineering, product, sales, marketing and production, to gather knowledge/understanding and leverage technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that increasingly impact their revenue streams.
- Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth. Mentor team members and encourage a collaborative and creative work environment.
