I am looking for a full charge Division President for an active homebuilder in Boise Idaho. You MUST have 5+ years in a senior role at with a residential builder and be fully conversant with:
- Financing/budgets/balance sheet issues.
- Understand land acquisition, entitlement, deal negotiation.
- Land Development/House Directs budgets/scopes
- Product design/amenities
- Sales and marketing
- Customer satisfaction.
In addition to those 'hard skills' you must be a demonstrated leader, able to motivate and manage a team of top producers with experience in an executive level in the HOME BUILDING INDUSTRY.
My client will entertain candidates from outside the Boise area if they have the skillset and track record of success they are looking for.
