Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE ACTIVE HI LIC TO SUBMIT
MUST HAVE 2 OR MORE YEARS OF ACUTE INPATIENT EXPERIENCE POST GRADUATION (NOT INCLUDING TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS ) TO BE SUBMITTED
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Master's degree required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred
Current Hawaii State license as a Physical Therapist **LICENSE REQUIRED TO APPLY
Current certification in CPR at BLS/HCP level
B. EXPERIENCE
Two (2) or more years of professional Physical Therapy experience in an inpatient acute care setting prior to any travel assignments
C. Traveler Requirements
Must provide proof of full COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations per current CDC guidelines
No RTO during initial assignment
