PHP Developer
Method3 is excited to announce an immediate opening for a highly skilled PHP Developer in a contract role for one of our clients. This position is essential in supporting our client's primary developer on their MySQL-based system.
Work Schedule – ONSITE REQUIRED-Harrisburg, PA
Office Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM (year-round).
Duration: 6-9 months
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Custom Solutions: Create and implement custom scripts and applications tailored to enhance our commission accounting system.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and resolve existing code issues and programming challenges to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Operations Director and other team members to align development efforts with operational goals.
Must-Have Skills
- PHP Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP development with a proven track record.
- MySQL/SQL Proficiency: Solid experience with MySQL or SQL databases.
- Accounting Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting or financial reporting systems is essential.
Nice to Have Skills
- ETL Software Knowledge: Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) software is a plus.
- CRM Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is advantageous.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with Joomla, JavaScript, and HTML is a plus.
