Our client, a boutique wealth management firm with a mission to educate their clients and help them enjoy life without ever worrying about financial security seeks an experienced Client Service Associate to join their team. They achieve their mission by designing personalized and comprehensive financial plans, investment solutions, and risk management. The Client Service Associate will play an integral role in the execution of all recommendations for clients as they move through the planning process and will work collaboratively and cohesively with other associates. They will also be responsible for helping to maintain client relationships by providing a “white glove” concierge service to enhance the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will have an "abundant mentality" when it comes to both servicing clients and working within the team.
Responsibilities of the Client Service Associate will include, but are not limited to:
Proactive communication with the client throughout the implementation process
Pre-fill insurance applications and investment paperwork for closing meetings
Scheduling medical exams
Completion and submission of applications/account paperwork for processing
Facilitate and assist in the creation of investment accounts and insurance policies, including data
gathering and paper/digital signature requests
Handle complex insurance client service issues and process incoming client service requests including but
not limited to: processing address changes, bank change information, loan requests and account inquiries
Prepare proposals and other materials as directed for client meetings
Participating in client meetings to outline implementation processes
Manage client correspondence, notes, and files, and maintain compliant client records
Cross-training with department roles
Coordinate and prepare for weekly team meetings
Help to create the desired culture and environment for the team and clients as guided by the team’s core
values
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Series 6 and Series 63 certifications
Series 7, if not previously held, obtained within 180 days
Preferred 1-3+ years of financial planning experience
Life & Health insurance license obtained within 60 days of start date

Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000
