Inside Sales Account Executive
Position Overview
Frog Street is searching for a driven and passionate Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) to join our energetic team, focusing on the public school and Head Start markets. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in early childhood development and is eager to make an impact by expanding our presence in the public sector with our innovative early childhood solutions.
As an ISAE, you will excel in a self-directed, fast-paced environment, consistently achieving daily activity and monthly revenue goals. You will play a critical role in bringing high-quality early childhood education solutions to the market. Strong communication skills, particularly in listening, and the ability to connect customer needs with our solutions through effective virtual sales engagements are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Maximize coverage within your assigned territory by developing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach to potential customers, averaging 100 outbound calls per week.
- Sales Engagement: Utilize sales engagement tools to launch multichannel prospecting campaigns, including email, phone, and social media.
- Lead Qualification: Promptly follow up on and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions from Frog Street’s portfolio.
- Product Presentations: Deliver compelling online product demos and presentations that resonate with customer needs.
- Quotation & Closing: Prepare accurate price quotes and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing the sale, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster trust and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Market Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of your territory, industry trends, and how Frog Street products align with market needs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity logs and opportunity information in Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; significant early childhood education experience will be considered.
- Skills: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment; self-motivated with strong goal orientation; excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas; track record of successful lead generation and prospecting.
- Remote Work: Experience working effectively in a remote environment is essential.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Professional Representation: Ability to represent Frog Street professionally through video, phone, and occasional in-person meetings.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Mobility: Ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods; minimal travel required, up to 10%.
