About the client and role
Our client a semiconductor assembly and testing solutions company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead on sales efforts and expand their market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor assembly and test market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closing of deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in OSAT.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
