We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team! You will be the face of Bauducco Foods at the Retail / Point of Sale.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base $50,000-$60,000 (based on experience) + Incentives, up to 25% of annual salary.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retailers in your territory and maximize our brand presence at each account.
- Drive incremental sales volume through key distributors & DC's.
- Build rapport and credibility with store managers / buyers.
- Improve our shelf and display presence according to company standards.
- Ensure shelf tags and pricing are properly displayed.
- Execute customer plans set forth by account manager.
- Achieve new points of distribution.
- Communicate store level activity back to supervisor / account manager.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Present deal sheets to managers / buyers
- Submit orders for processing.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Set follow-up appointments to maintain business agreements.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Previous experience in sales, grocery industry highly preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills & Microsoft Office Platforms: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong communication skills - written and oral
- Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Travel throughout San Diego and Riverside counties.
