IT Technician

Estate Yountville, a beautiful 22 acre hotel property in Yountville, CA, is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join our IT Team and assist the team in coordinating, planning, and implementing of technology-related initiatives and supporting our company operations. The IT Specialist will report directly to our IT Manager and coordinate them as well as the IT team at the ownership office.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of the support ticket system for Estate Yountville.
- Collaborate with different members of the IT Team to ensure all goals are met and that we are carrying out best practices.
- Receive, catalog, and distribute IT equipment as directed by leadership and the IT Manager.
- Work with various departments (Front Office, housekeeping, food & beverage, etc.) on any issues they are having and help develop new solutions for their needs.
- Help the IT Manager and the rest of the IT team with various projects.
- Support various local software/systems as well as cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Support hotel systems such as electronic door locks, POS, Wi-Fi, phones, infotainment systems, and others.

Work Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an IT Specialist or 2-3 years as an IT Technician or Help Desk Technician.
- Experience with ticketing solutions.
- Experience working with Active Directory, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience working with Apple mobile devices.
- Familiarity with MFA solutions such as Microsoft Authenticator, Okta, Duo, etc.
- Understands the basics of networking, VoIP, etc.
Work Experience Pluses
- Experience with VoIP solutions.
- Experience with MDM solutions.
- Experience with Audio Visual solutions.
- Experience working in the hotel industry.
