Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a QA Tester to join their team! This position is located in Irving, Texas.
Duties:
- Develop and execute automation tests to ensure product quality
- Perform manual testing according to the test plan and report results
- Conduct accessibility testing within development stories
- Execute cross-browser testing when applicable
- Actively participate in team meetings and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with QA team members and cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks
- Provide timely updates on issues and blockers to facilitate resolution by the team
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing
- 5+ years of experience with Java development
- 5+ years of experience in manual testing
- 2+ years of experience in accessibility (A11y) testing
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
- Experience with version control systems, particularly GitLab
- Hands-on experience with API testing
