Our client is a leader in healthcare workflow solutions, with a strong portfolio of virtual care, telehealth and fixed and mobile technology solutions. They are looking to grow their sales team, and bring on an Account Executive. This Account Executive is responsible for driving growth for our client by acquiring net new end-user customers for their branded workflow solutions portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calling, collaborate with marketing to pursue marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and develop targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with account-specific messaging and sequencing.
- Market Share Capture: Drive growth for the branded workflow solutions portfolio through net new, direct end-user customer acquisition within the healthcare market and other verticals.
- OEM Contract Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and close OEM contract engineering design and manufacturing opportunities in healthcare and adjacent verticals, helping device and software companies bring their products to market.
- Opportunity Management: Manage opportunities within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and maintain accurate forecasting processes in compliance with our client’s standard work.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, R&D, and engineering teams, serving as a commercial liaison for custom product development projects.
- RFP Response and Quoting: Respond to RFPs and develop quotes, ranging from basic portfolio solutions to complex design and production proposals.
- Partner Collaboration: Engage with our client’s reseller and distributor partners to identify and pursue new customer lead opportunities, closing transactions based on customer preference and qualified through agnostic sales engagements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in selling workflow solutions, including technology-based equipment through capital sales and SaaS/PaaS to clinical, IT, biomedical engineering, supply chain, and finance end-user customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, product, or services sales in the medical device, biomedical, IT, or telemedicine segments.
- Proven experience in selling to multiple functional call points within health systems, including IT, desktop services, biomed, nursing, supply chain/sourcing/procurement, finance, etc.
- Experience with Value-Added Resellers and distribution is a plus.
