Our client is a newly formed private entity specializing in providing security products, they have asked us to find a Director of Sales for residential and commercial properties. The company owners have more than 20 years of experience in product development, product manufacturing, on-site property security assessments, and installation of security products in both residential and commercial properties. This newly formed entity located in North Las Vegas will be utilized to support the greater Southwestern United States security markets similar to the owners’ other successful entities for both the Northeastern and Southeastern US markets.
Qualifications - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in product sales within residential, home improvement, and/or commercial construction markets. - Previous experience with security products and/or protective services (e.g. police, military) preferred. - Written & verbal proficiency in English required. Ability to converse in Spanish also valued. - Preference for work experience with residential and/or commercial product installation (e.g. doors, windows) - Minimum High School Diploma with preference of Associate Degree for Vocational Discipline with ability to read & understand prints and schematics. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of client software (Word, Excel, Outlook
