This is an ideal role for a Washington State resident who is a P & C licensed small business commercial lines insurance account manager looking for a full-time work from home role with benefits with a small local growing agency.
My client is an independent Everett Insurance agency which has doubled their sales premium in only 2 years and is on track to do it again by the end of 2024. Due to this rapid growth, they need to hire a new experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle renewals and new business marketing. The agency uses EPIC and Sales Force as well as Microsoft Office. This is a generalist book of about $1.5 Million in premium and is a mix of direct and agency bill. Premiums are mostly $50,000 or less. Risks range from contractors to other Main Street businesses in the Puget Sound area. You will be the main point of contact for the insured for all renewals and daily service requests. You will also work with the producer to market and quote new business.
Once trained and onboarded, you will be able to work from home if desired and all IT will be supplied. The company is offering salary of $60,000 to $66,000 plus new business incentives that are currently averaging up to $10,000 per year. They also provide benefits, retirement plan, and PTO. They pride themselves on great work/life balance and the team has strong tenure with the agency owner.
Candidates need to know EPIC and have previous experience working in an independent agency handling a small business generalist book.
You must live in Washington State to be considered for this role. An active WA P & C Insurance license is required.
