Lead Product Development Architect for a direct-hire position with our client in St. Louis.

Architect Summary
The Lead Architect will display proven expertise developing high-value cross-platform applications that address both functional and non-functional requirements within a primarily .Net and AWS environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide technical guidance and direction, ensuring architectural best-practices are focused on scalability, performance, security, and overall business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, technical resources, vendor partners, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Release Trains, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions align with goals and priorities.
- Define and prioritize architectural epics and features within a comprehensive system architecture design.
- Articulate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Evaluate and enhance architectural processes, tools, methodologies, and technologies to improve the development efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor peers and technical team members, fostering growth and providing opportunities for career development.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in software architecture with a focus on large-scale enterprise and cloud-centric applications.
- Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and technologies, with a desire towards AWS.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience / Certification in SAFe or other Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Professional designation is desirable.

- Total Compensation: $175k to $220k based on skills and experience
