A fast-paced, dynamic law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Compensation is up to $120K.
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents including discovery, motions, and briefs.
- Manage high-volume document intake, organization, and production using eDiscovery tools.
- Assist with depositions and trial prep, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
- Handle state and federal court calendaring and deadline management.
