Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Operations - General Operations Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour Day Shift, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year of Home Health RN experience License: Active WI (or compact) RN license Certifications: Active BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Patient/family education skills - Effective provider communication - Disease management - Knowledge of troubleshooting pleurx drains, nephrostomy tubes, trachs, PCA, gastric suctioning Job Description: - Perform remote fieldwork in home care settings - Serve a variety of locations including patients' homes, family members' homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and nursing homes - Care for high acuity patients dealing with pleurx drains, PCA pumps, IV antibiotics, TPN, Foley catheters, wounds, wound VAC, chest tubes, and various drains - Manage a caseload of 22-25 patients per week, approximately 6 visits per day - Communicate with leadership if caseload management is challenging - Receive orientation for up to 2 weeks depending on comfort level - Wear any professional-colored scrub - Use provided equipment including a laptop, cell phone, and PPE - Participate in daily huddles at 07:50 am, which can be attended by phone or teams if traveling to see patients - Flexible scheduling available, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday Apply today to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing quality home healthcare!
